This practice is born out of a synthesis of our years of experience as theatre artists and philosophies like those found in KonMari Method, Swedish Death Cleaning, and Buddhism.

Cost and Considerations

From consultation and strategy to full service on-site overhauls, each project is tailored to your specific needs. We work with you to create scalable pricing structures so you can determine what combination of actions is best for you, how much help you need, and on what timeline.

  • Absolutely. We work with people in all kinds of situations—sometimes that means navigating big life transitions like downsizing, moving, renovating, growing or blending families, or managing a loved one’s estate. Other times, it’s simply about gaining clarity, shifting energy, or creating a space that supports how you want to live or work. We’re especially supportive of neurodivergent clients and creative people who want their surroundings to better reflect their vision. Whatever your reason, we’ll meet you where you are.

  • From advice, coaching, and strategy consultation to full-service organizing, decluttering, and tidying—we tailor our support to what you need. Whether you want help making a plan, staying accountable, or rolling up our sleeves and getting it done, we’re here for you. We adapt to the scope and needs of your project and can bring in a handy-person or crew for extra support if needed.

  • The initial phone consultation is free. After that, our services are $75/hour with a Principal Organizer or $60/hour with an Associate Organizer. For consignment, once any fees are covered, we split the profit 60/40—40% of sales goes to you.

  • Every project is unique, so we’ll assess your space and tailor our approach based on your needs, timeline, and budget. For smaller spaces, it might take just a few hours or a weekend. For larger projects, like overhauling a whole home, it could range from 6–24 hours a week, potentially lasting 6 months or longer, depending on how much space we’re working with and how livable it needs to remain throughout the process.
